Our itinerary is more of a theory than a true itinerary given our expectations that work and happenstance will get in the way. So we’ve categorized the dates using a traditional cheese\date classification system.

The harder the cheese, the more confident we are in our plans. Nothing is written in stone.

      We didn’t add any countries to the itinerary that didn’t have a government. But maybe a connecting flight won’t count:-)
